Shipping: We ship USPS (US Postal Service). Shipping for United States is determined by the volume of the purchase. The first item is $7.95 and for six items shipping cost is $12.90. Damages and returns: Should damage occur during shipment, claims must be made with Daugherty Studio, Inc. as soon as possible, no later than seven (7) days after receipt of goods. No returns for blank enamelware, but exchanges on designs can be made with approval if the purchaser desires a different design and pays the extra shipping.

All of our pieces are hand decorated and kiln fired, which allows you to use the enamelware without fear of losing the artwork. For those who are new to this kind of merchandise, IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD THAT SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN SIZE, ARTWORK, APPEARANCE AND MINOR IMPERFECTIONS ARE CHARACTERISTIC OF OUR ENAMELWARE AND THE "PRIMITIVE LOOK."
